Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible of the following duties

Business Expansion

Operational Carparks

Operations and Other dept.

Customer Service

Car Park Performance analysis

SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS EXPANSION

-Generate leads and pursuits pipeline

-Survey assigned area for potential business

-Send letter of intent and arrange meeting with clients

-Coordinate with client for additional information for the feasibility study

-Prepare write

-up and costing for presentation and approval of BDM

-Prepare proposal materials for client presentation

-Conduct client presentation

-Prepare contract for the agreement, set meeting to finalize agreement

-Assist the BD head and/or the BDO in the client presentation

-Build strong and retain good relationships with the customers

-Attend to all other tasks relevant to business development that may be assigned

OPERATIONAL CARPARKS

-Monitor the sales revenue and costs

-Analyze and study the vacancy causes and patterns

-Prompt marketing unit of the operation's dept. to prepare a marketing plan simultaneous with the site approval memorandum.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree holder preferably in business-related course or marketing. Must have at least one year experience in various functional areas of sales and marketing and/or business development such as market expansions strategy, product & service innovations and revenue generating management Must be analytical, result-oriented and can work in a fast pace environment. At least 1 year exposure & experience in purchasing. Fresh graduates are encourage Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
