Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the activities and performance of the Business Development Team.
- Set sales targets and devise strategies to achieve these goals.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to align business development strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
