Job Description

Provide administrative support to the CTO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with teams.
Organize meeting materials, draft agendas, distribute documents, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
Manage communications for the CTO, drafting replies, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely responses.
Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and documents for accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and internal communications.
Serve as the primary liaison between the CTO and other departments, coordinating tasks and schedules.
Support project management, track key projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee office operations, including supplies, facilities, and the CTO's workspace.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, clients) on behalf of the CTO.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant to a C-suite executive.
Experience in routine office admin/secretarial tasks, such as coordination, scheduling, and supporting the CTO.
Proven experience managing calendars and organizing meetings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and promptly addressing the CTO's needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
