Job Description

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, addressing their questions and concerns about products or services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide detailed information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling payments.
Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Generate sales leads and assist in converting them into new customers.
