Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Wholesale Operation Assistant with experience in hospitality supply for the hotel market. The ideal candidate should be available to work according to Philippine Time (PHT).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate leads and manage outreach campaigns to attract potential clients in the hotel industry, this includes leveraging various channels such as email marketing and cold calling to reach out to prospects effectively.
Develop strong relationships with hotel clients, understanding and meeting their needs.
Drive sales growth by upselling home appliances and hospitality-related products while identifying opportunities to enhance value within existing client accounts.
Conduct cold calls to engage new hotel clients, introduce the company's products and services, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Work with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials such as brochures, emails, and advertisements, to support sales campaigns and attract new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:
Experience in wholesale sales, especially in hospitality supply and hotel markets.
Proven experience in upselling, particularly in home appliances or similar product categories and strong ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
At least 1 year of experience in lead generation and cold calling to generate new business.
Experience with CRM tools such as Hubstaff (preferred but not required). Experience managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress through a CRM system.
Experience in email marketing, including creating and managing email campaigns to engage potential clients and follow up with leads.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work well with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet customer needs and achieve overall company goals.
Understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry trends and supply needs.
