Job Description
Salary: P 90,000 to P 100,000
High basic salary and great benefits!
Work Arrangement: Work from home and work onsite (3 days home and 2 days onsite)
Days onsite; Tuesday & Thursdays
Schedule: 9am to 6pm or Midshift
Language: JLPT not required (N3 or N2)

Requirements:
Filipino who can speak Japanese
Can speak, read and write Japanese language
Can speak Japanese between N3 or N2 (NO JLPT cert required)
Must be Filipino Citizen or with half Filipino with Philippine recognition
Can work in Taguig for two days in a week
Can start working asap or after two months
Has work experience in BPO or shared services company or multinational company
Can speak English well
Has experience working in HR department, Training and dev or people culture
Preferably with HR background but not needed
MUST BE GRADUATE of any course
Duties:
• Schedule Japanese employees for training and coaching
• Send quarterly employee assessment and test for enhancement
• Conduct basic orientation and onboarding training for newly Japanese hires
• Coordinate with Japanese coach and employees for schedule of assessment
• Check Employee performance time to time and encourage training if needed
• Check the appropriate mentor program for Japanese employees in Japan
