Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for onshore and offshore roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews and set scheduled for final interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Managing the onboarding and induction process for all new staff for legislative compliance, relevance and application
Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and meetings.
Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:
at least 1 year proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in AU or BPO recruitment.
Familiarity with onshore and offshore recruitment processes.
Strong understanding of HR administrative tasks and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 3:00pm PH Time or 6:30am to 4:00pm PH Time (inclusive of 30 minutes break)
