Job Description

As a Sales Executive/Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as achieving and exceeding sales targets.

-Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
-Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
-Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company and its products.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the lighting and hardware (construction-glass and aluminum supplies and services) industry.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
-Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-driven mindset.
-Experience using CRM tools and other sales software.
-Willingness to travel for sales meetings and events as needed.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
