Job Description
As a Content Planner / Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building out the company's LinkedIn marketing and growth engine. This role is ideal for someone passionate about systemizing and scaling organic content marketing efforts on LinkedIn to further grow the audience and business.
Your Impact:
Your efforts will directly contribute to scaling our organic content marketing on LinkedIn, evolving our marketing into a process-oriented, scalable operation, and driving business growth within the Shopify ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LinkedIn Content Marketing:
Develop and follow standard operating procedures for LinkedIn content marketing.
Execute and post content on the LinkedIn profiles of key decision-makers of the company.
2. Outreach & Engagement:
Utilize Sales Navigator for daily outreach to profiles within our ideal customer profile.
3. Content Management:
Manage a content production workflow using the company’s preferred tech stack.
Measure and report on content performance for stakeholders of the company.
Requirements
Must-Have:
At least 2 years of proven experience as a Content Planner, or in marketing-related roles.
Proficiency with LinkedIn, including understanding different content placements and advanced tools like Sales Navigator.
Experience using tech platforms such as Slack, Notion, and Asana.
Ability to pull and analyze performance data from LinkedIn.
Strong command of English, both oral and written.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with remote teams.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
