Job Description

Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to drive the marketing efforts for our brands, ORO and OMG. As Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence, drive online and offline sales, and enhance customer engagement. You’ll lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate closely with sales, product development, and creative teams, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote ORO socks, stockings, and OMG cosmetics across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social media, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns to maximize brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience and implement effective product promotions.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring a good return on investment for all campaigns.
- Work with external agencies and partners as needed to amplify campaign reach and execution.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, brand growth, and other KPIs for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a managerial role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.

Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and familiarity with Shopify or other relevant software is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills to inspire, guide, and drive the marketing team toward shared goals.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, especially for fashion and beauty products.
