Qualifications for Indirect Compensation Head

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on indirect compensation strategies.
Proven track record in developing and implementing compensation programs.

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance.
