Job Description

The Employee Relations and Engagement Specialist works closely with our Human Capital Head in managing
the implementation of all company policies and the Company’s adherence to all employment laws and
regulations to ensure labor compliance. The person also directs the employee engagement programs of the
Company to ensure a dynamic and inspiring work experience for all members of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
• Ensures the fair implementation of the Code of Discipline of the Company.
• Manages the discipline management process of the Company and ensures all members of the organization support it.
• Maintains employment policies and provides advice on how to resolve employment issues.
• Works closely with their assigned teams and ensures members receive the support needed for employee discipline and employee satisfaction management.
• Provides advice and counsel to people managers and their employees regarding human resources practices and employment laws.
• Provides direct assistance for the formulation and implementation of Company policies and procedures and ensures its alignment with the business direction.
• Conducts coaching and counseling sessions and facilitates town halls, focus group discussions, skip-level meetings, and new employee orientations.
• Monitors the regularization process of the Company and ensures necessary documents will be served to employees.
• Collaborates with legal counsel and departments in preparation for and participation in negotiation with employee and labor groups.
• Works closely with people managers and engagement supervisors to ensure acceptable employee engagement levels across the Company.
• Provided necessary support in implementing the onboarding process of the organization.
• Manages the exit process of the Company and ensures data that can be extracted from it will be used
