Job Description
JOB ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing for Managers, Directors, CEOs... (Executive Search) and rank and file positions
- Job Posting
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Conducts Phone Interviews
- Set an Interview schedules with the Lead
- Assist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR Lead
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Compile Confidential Documents in coordination with the HR Lead
- Assists to the HR Lead on sourcing and recruitment
- Orient new onboard interns
- Creates e-banners (if needed)
- Salary:
- ₱2,000.00 Monthly
