Job Description
• College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other
related fields.
• Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
• At least five year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales)
Ability to
• Communicate and interact in a professional manner
• Negotiate/persuade others for the Company
• Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account
• Supervise sales team and support services
• Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level
• Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients
• Explain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics
