Job Description
The Market Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of market activities, logistics, and supply chain processes. This position involves coordinating between various departments, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that market operations align with the company's strategic goals. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily market operations, ensuring smooth execution of logistics, supply chain, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
- Utilize project management tools to plan, execute, and monitor market operations and workflow efficiency.
- Analyze market performance metrics and operational data to assess efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure that operational tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support the sales team by managing operational workflows and resolving any logistical challenges.
- Monitor and improve supply chain processes to meet customer demand and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all aspects of market operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in market operations, sales support, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of market operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in project management and coordination tools.
- Analytical skills to assess market performance and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
