Cobol Consultant

- Leads project planning by organizing and directing the project team, defining resource requirements, creating project timelines, and facilitating discussions to ensure clarity of requirements.
- Coordinates with vendors and responsible units to ensure the acceptability and timely availability of project deliverables. Monitor deliverables.
- Monitors project status by regularly meeting with the project team, tracking project deliverables, updating timelines and the risk and issue register.
- Coordinates with the project team and reviews project documents to ensure compliance with CBC PCCI’s project management and systems development standards as well as audit requirements.
- Keeps the internal stakeholders informed of the project status by regularly reporting on the progress, as well as the relevant risks and issues of the project.
- Keeps the Systems Development Head and the concerned business units informed of system performance and concerns by regularly reporting on system availability and the status of systems development and support requests.
