Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee Site Operations: Manage 24x7 shift operations and supervise staff.
-Task Allocation: Distribute workloads and manage resource constraints.
-Manage IT Operations: Handle day-to-day IT functions, including escalations and ticket management.
-Generate Reports: Produce reports on system uptime, service level agreements (SLAs), ticket resolution, and customer issues.
-On-Call Support: Provide 24x7 on-call support as needed.
-Incident and Process Management: Handle system outages, ensure SLA compliance, conduct root cause analysis, and manage incident, request, change, and escalation processes.

Requirements:
-Experience: 8-12 years in BPO/IT/ITES management roles.
-Skills: Proven leadership, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
-Flexibility: Availability for on-call duties around the clock.
Salary:
100.000,00 ₱ Monthly
