Job Description
Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Paid Media campaign success. You'll provide coordination, logistical, and administrative support to maximize value for our clients and promote growth within our company.
What you will you do:
Serving as the main point of contact for clients from campaign kick-off to final delivery for all assigned paid media campaigns.
Leading client communications, managing all timelines, and distributing important information to key team members.
Addressing daily client needs and requests related to the campaign in a timely, strategy-oriented manner.
Working cross-functionally to gather and review final campaign insights and measurement results.
Participating in account strategy and campaign-related brainstorming sessions and research projects.
Problem-solving and anticipating the needs of clients while creating solutions to overcome obstacles.
Qualifications:
2 - 3 years of client-facing agency experience.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in paid media advertising.
Excellent Communication skills
Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, paid media platforms, and media/creative workflow
Amenable to work on a permanent night shift schedule
Amenable for hybrid work set-up
