Job Description

We are looking for a COMMISSARY COOK IN- CHARGE willing to be assign at SM Uptown Cagayan De Oro City in a Japanese Restaurant.

Responsibilities:
-Handles all Preparation in Commissary Kitchen
-Observe all stipulations in NDA (non-disclosure agreement) specifically the procedures and recipes.
-Preparing ingredients, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, organizing and basic cleaning in the kitchen.
-Communicating with the chef or supervisor, and ensuring proper presentation of food as directed by the chef.

Key Skills:
-Graduate of HRM or Culinary Education / Training.
-1-2 years of work experience in a similar role especially in Japanese Cuisine is a plus.
-Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
-Excellent communication skills.
