Job Description
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook with a background in both casual and fine dining restaurants to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and has previously worked with well-known brands such as KFC, Wendy’s, Kenny Rogers, or Subway. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring a high level of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, portion and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
Cooking: Cook food items consistently and accurately in line with both casual and fine dining service expectations.
Quality Control: Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant’s high standards before serving.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Inventory and Stocking: Assist in checking stock levels, replenishing kitchen supplies, and alerting the supervisor of low inventory items.
Equipment Management: Use kitchen equipment safely, report any malfunctions, and assist with cleaning and maintenance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and efficient food service.
Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and uphold restaurant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a line cook in casual and fine dining establishments.
Previous experience with brands like KFC, Wendy’s, Kenny Rogers, or Subway is a plus.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food presentation.
Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable.
Working Hours: 8 hours with 1 day off per week
