Accountant - CPA/Non CPA (45598) - Makati

Salary: 25,000 - 40,000
With 2 Saturday schedule per month

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
 Experience in a fast-paced environment.
 With knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures including accounts receivable, accounts payable d financial reporting.
 Familiar with Philippine Financial and Audit practices, standards, and principles.
 Sound knowledge of Philippine Taxation as but not limited to preparation of filing of tax returns, handling of BIR audit and tax claims.
 Must be flexible and assertive.
 Experienced in operating widely used computer software and accounting systems.
 Must be thorough and accurate, with good analytical skills, self-driven, independent, and dedicated individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for general reporting requirements of the Company.
 Review of journal entries amount summary and attachments.
 Check billings, attachments, and pre-approval of suppliers and sub-con requests for payment prior to payment.
 Prepares reports, working papers, and documents required by government agencies while ensuring strict compliance with reporting requirements and/or payment deadlines of entities that impose penalties on late and non-submission of reports and/or payments.
 Prepares monthly/quarterly schedule and Tax Returns (Withholding Tax, Income Tax, VAT Return)
 Checking of Contribution and Loan Payment after uploading to eGov payment facilities.
 Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time
