Job Description

KDCI Outsourcing is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our entire recruitment process. The primary responsibility of the Recruitment Specialist is to find and hire qualified applicants for KDCI Outsourcing and our clients.

Responsibilities
• Create job descriptions for open positions; work with stakeholders to determine key responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for the role.
• Create and publish job posts and job ads in various recruitment portals and social channels.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates that meet or exceed the requirements for the position.
• Source for qualified candidates within the internal database or through various offline or online sourcing techniques.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interview qualified candidates to further determine their qualifications.
• Create shortlists and make recommendations to the recruitment manager and other key stakeholders.
• Follow up and keep in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Arrange applicant interviews with clients and other stakeholders.
• Keep in track of recruitment goals and ensure that open positions are filled on time and on budget.
• Participate in job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities.

Requirements:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proven track record in recruiting for multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• B.A. degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.
• Amenable to work in a hybrid work arrangement. (Ortigas, Pasig)
