1. Knowledge in Project Management: Study and Plan needed resources to complete the project with Quality and On-target schedule.
2. Knowledge of Basic Work Site Safety Protocol: Implement work safety at site and to comply with company direction of zero incident / accident.
3. Knowledge of Software Development Cycle: Planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
4. Knowledge of Programming Language: Basic to advance programming skills, troubleshooting skills of above stated language.
5. Knowledge of System Planning. Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company direction and needs.
6. Knowledge in IT Resource Provisioning. Acquire, setup and deploy IT resources as well as changes on the IT resource.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8. Skilled in:
a. Basic Project Management
b. People Resource Management
c. Programming Life Cycle
d. Project Scheduling with MS Project/Excel/Presentation Skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Graduate/bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT (Programming Major)
 At least two (2) years of related experience in Project Management, Project Site Engineer related to system development and design, factory automation.
 Understanding of Business Operations, IT Solutions & services and Customer Service, Software Development Cycle, dBase and System Programming and Design for IoT
 C#, C++, PHP, Java Script, Java Nodes JS, SQL.
 Knowledge of Micro Controllers, Firmware Embedded Software, Object Oriented Programming.
