Job Description
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies through chat and call.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and securely.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred;
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service field is a plus;
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- Experience with handling marketplaces or seller central accounts; and
- Proficiency in using Zendesk, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
