Job Description
Responsible in achieving sales and distribution target within the area, manage sales operation, maintain organization , people development, and sales information management, that will sustain and maintain growth in the region.
SALES OPERATIONS
Manage sales team to achieve volume and distribution target set by the company.
Manage and implement effective and efficient coverage plan.

Number of Call per day
Create and strategize sales and distribution plan for the region
Work with sales representative or sales coordinator
Sales analysis to identify business opportunity in the region
Execute company business directions and national plan
Provide feedback in terms of servicing each account
Directly reports to National Sales Manager/Sales Director
ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for setting up and maintaining effective sales team, route plan and head count to achieve distribution objectives
Develop manage and motivates competent sales team to achieve sales targets
Conduct coaching training and performance evaluation of sales team
Performs regular field visits to understand other business opportunities
Conduct business analysis and review
Build good relationships with accounts key people
Manages trade inventories and trade returns
TRADE MARKETING AND MERCHANDISING
Analyze trade and marketing opportunities what is applicable what is not
Ensure that accounts are covered by assigned merchandisers
Ensure minimal trade returns
Ensure proper trade marketing executions at the branch level
