Job Description

Reviews complaints or grievances; performs fact-finding and advises management on the preparation of disciplinary and adverse action, grievance, and appeal letters. Reviews, translates, and negotiates union proposals, counter proposals, and settlement agreements.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field
At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required; With at least 2 years in a supervisory role
In-depth knowledge on employee relation Administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills
Highly analytical
