Job Description
* Manage a team of financial advisors and work with team members to achieve goals and targets
* Works with the Unit Manager in driving initiatives and targets for the team
* Recruitment of financial advisors and ensuring activation of team members
* Assists in facilitation of trainings, coaching and mentoring and onboarding of financial advisors
* Provides financial planning to clients and works with clients to achieve financial goals and needs

Qualifications:
