Job Description

The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Head in developing and
implementing marketing strategies to increase market share, maximize profits, and protect and expand the
brand credibility of Nabati in the Philippines.

Job Requirement/Qualifications
•Minimum of 3 years experience in brand management with digital marketing and trade activation
obtained from an FMCG organization.
• Independent thinker with a strategic mindset. Able to think creatively, highly driven, and self-
motivated.
• Exceptional levels of commitment, passion, and flexibility.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Dynamic personality, adaptable, high-degree of professionalism.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player able to work with colleagues across multiple locations &
time zone.
• Strong IT and numerical skills, particularly in MS Office suite and Excel, but also able to demonstrate an
ability to understand and utilize other systems such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Driver’s license (hopefully knows how to drive a car)
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.
• Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule.
