Job Description

•Job Title: Buying Assistant - Replenishment

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Buying Assistant to join our team at WalterMart Supermarket in Quezon City. As the Buying Assistant - Replenishment, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor stock levels and sales data to identify inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment of products.
2. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to place orders, negotiate pricing, and track deliveries.
3. Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market demand to make informed purchasing decisions.
4. Coordinate with store managers and staff to address stock issues, implement product promotions, and optimize shelf space.
5. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchases, and supplier contracts.
6. Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, pricing, and overall merchandising strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in retail buying, procurement, or inventory management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
