Salary: PHP 50,000 + 6% Company Bonus
Work Schedule: 6 Days Off per Month

We are a leading supplier of Chinese new energy vehicles and used cars, dedicated to expanding our global presence through cross-border e-commerce. To enhance our market reach, we are looking for an experienced Filipino cross-border e-commerce operations specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company’s cross-border e-commerce independent site, including product listing, optimization, promotion, and sales strategy development.
Develop and execute effective marketing plans to boost product visibility and drive sales.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce platform data to adjust strategies and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, offering strategic recommendations.
Optimize customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with team members to drive continuous growth and improvement in cross-border e-commerce operations.
Requirements:

Filipino nationality with a bachelor's degree and substantial experience in cross-border e-commerce operations. Experience in new energy vehicles or used cars is a plus.
Knowledge of e-commerce platform operations and marketing strategies, with experience in managing independent sites being advantageous.
Strong data analysis skills to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience in cross-cultural environments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating high self-motivation and responsibility.
