Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
-- Assist in the maintenance and repair of IT equipment.
-- Manage inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
-- Support end-users by resolving technical issues and providing guidance on IT-related matters.
-- Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software.
-- Perform routine checks and maintenance on IT systems to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications:
-- Open to undergraduates currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
-- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
-- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for managing inventory.
