Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
A dual-role position providing property/asset management support (liaising with government agencies, inventory management, permits/certifications) and IT support (system maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs). Requires 50% fieldwork and 50% office work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the PAM Head with property-related tasks and documentation.
Secure/maintain government permits and certifications for facilities.
Manage asset inventory and archiving.
Maintain office IT systems (servers, hardware, software).
Coordinate repairs and troubleshoot technical issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2+ years as Property Assistant, IT Support, or similar role.
Background in networking, system maintenance, and inventory management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT hardware/software.
Strong English communication (written/verbal).
Willing for fieldwork in Quezon City.
Preferred: Resides near Quezon City.
