Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Develop and Manage Social Media Strategies: Understand and define key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to social media. Create and implement strategies that align with RevitPay’s goals and objectives.
•Content Creation: Generate organic content that promotes RevitPay’s products and services. Craft engaging posts, visuals, and multimedia content that resonate with our target audience.
•Content Posting: Schedule and post content 2-3 times a week across all social media channels, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
•Monitor Social Media: Regularly monitor all social media platforms for brand mentions, engagement, and user feedback.
Campaign Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates. Provide reports and insights on campaign effectiveness.
•Stay Updated on Social Media Trends: Keep up with the latest technologies and trends in social media. Adapt strategies and content based on emerging trends and platform updates.
•Utilize Social Media Tools: Use social media marketing tools to manage and optimize campaigns. This includes tools for scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and managing engagement.
•Customer Engagement and SEO Optimization: Track customer engagement metrics and SEO performance. Optimize content to improve visibility and engagement based on data insights.
•Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and key stakeholders on social media. Leverage these connections to enhance RevitPay’s brand presence.
Qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts effectively.
•Social Media Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in creating business posts and managing social media platforms such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
•SEO and Web Traffic: Strong understanding of SEO principles and web traffic data analysis. Ability to use this knowledge to enhance social media content and campaigns.
•Research Skills: Experience in researching and analyzing buyer and consumer personas to tailor social media content and strategies effectively.
•Social Media KPIs: Knowledge of social media key performance indicators and the ability to measure and interpret these metrics to drive strategy.
•Web Design and Publishing: Familiarity with web page design and publishing principles. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and content management systems is a plus.
•Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
•Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems related to social media performance and strategy.
•Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with a team, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to overall marketing and company goals.
•Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
•Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and social media followers.
