Project Lead Manager

Qualifications:

*Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
*Proven experience in project management functions and deliverables
*Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholders
*Proficient in project management methodologies, including defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines
*Able to lead and inspire teams effectively with strong leadership skills
*Able to identify project risks and issues, and implement strategic solutions to mitigate them

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
-Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities
-Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel and budget, to meet project requirements.
-Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them
-Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
-Address any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle to maintain project momentum and resolve challenges promptly
-Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements
-Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original plan
-Manage changes to project scope or requirements, assessing their impact on timelines and resources
-Conduct thorough project closure activities, ensuring all deliverables are met, conducting post-project evaluations, and documenting lessons learned for future projects
