Job Description

Job Function: Responsible in ensuring smooth end transaction of customer who availed the Personal Shopper delivery and pick-up services

Responsibilities:

· Secure Proper Document of Purchased Item

· Hand over correct merchandise to the right customer by checking customer details prior to handing over the items

· Coordinate fast processing of customer payment with cashier

· Receive and execute instructions from Call to Deliver Manager (PS Manager) on matters related to assistance

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or at least reach 2 years in college

· With at least 2-3 years’ experience in a customer support role. Assignment in the same capacity for at least a year
