The company was formed in year 2004 as an exclusive distributor for Colgate-Palmolive Phils., Inc. for Negros Occidental and has expanded later to Dumaguete City. We have offices with warehouses that are located in PDI Shopping, Monde Vista, Monde Dumaguete, Barangay Bata and Barangay Banago, Bacolod City and Dumaguete City. There are more than 700 employees all around Negros Occidental and we continue to grow and expand. Our other businesses and companies are iMart convenience stores, Caltex (gasoline stations), and Chris Sports (sports accessories). Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for delivering business and organization performance results in the assigned territory, channel, or store. Trains and develops selling teams on skills needed to achieve sales objectives of coverage, volume, distribution, merchandising, pricing, and promo implementation in an effective and cost efficient manner. Directs, motivates, and controls field organization. Coordinates and serve as liaison officer with other departments to facilitate and improve selling support in the area covered. Develops business building programs and plans to bridge performance gaps or achieve objectives of field organization.
