Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
Service Coordination: Coordinate with service technicians and other departments to schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and other service activities.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department or manager when necessary.
Warranty Management: Assist customers with warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and processing of claims.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the products or services offered, enabling you to provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction after service completion and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights into common customer issues and assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
