Interpreter/Japanese Store Assistant Staff (46532) - BGC Taguig

Salary: 60,000 - 70,000

We are currently seeking an Interpreter/Japanese Store Assistant Staff to facilitate smooth communication with our customers and business partners at our premises. Below are the details of the responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities:

●Interpretation Duties:
・Provide interpretation for interactions with various departments regarding the expansion of our stores within the Philippines.
・Support the Japanese Manager by handling non-Japanese complaints from customers (acting as an intermediary interpreter from Japanese to English or Tagalog).
・Attend meetings with the Manager and provide interpretation (English to Japanese and vice versa).
・Assist the manager in drafting internal letters in English, such as company memos and announcements.
・Handle correspondence and ensure timely communication.
・Perform other administrative tasks to support the Manager and team.

●Store Assistant Duties
・Manage cash at the counter.
・Help store staff.
・Manage employee attendance and handle supplies for the store(Tasks that can be trained and implemented. Interpretation may be required).

QUALIFICATIONS:
・Bachelor’s degree
・At least 2 years of work experience.
・At least N2 or above proficiency in Japanese
・Wiling to relocate within the Philippines
・Willing to work Shifting schedule
・Disciplined and able to follow rules
・Ability to maintain confidentiality (necessary for drafting internal letters).
・Willingness to travel for business trips out of Metro Manila.


・Experience in interpretation, assistant, or secretarial roles
・Experience with Japanese company
