Facilities Engineer

General Purpose of the Position:

Conducts coordination, monitoring and turn over of projects pertaining to facilities

Sales Infrastructure

Company Warehouse and Buildings
Company improvement
Leasehold improvement
Principal Accountabilities:

Coordinator
Conducts on-site inspection
Review plans to verify material and equipment specification
Provides construction cost estimate
Conducts pre-construction meeting with contractors
Check all required construction permits
BFP safety inspection compliance
Monitor
Conducts periodic inspection of progress of the project and agreed timelines
Acts as the company witness to critical activities
Ensures that the construction is based on the approved plan
Arranges schedule of inspection with the contractor's building team
Turn over
Ensures no defect and materials are functional and on specs
Ensures occupancy permits and availability of plans
Capital Expenditures
Submits recommendation and budget for leasehold improvements
Submits recommendation and budget for safety equipment's
List of Required Reports
Sales Office Infrastructure Reports (List of rented and owned warehouse and structure)
Contractor's profile
Leasehold improvement design
Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience and Qualification Required:

Licensed Civil Engineer (3 years working experience).
With at least 2 years experience in same field
With at least 3 years supervisory experience
Competent in IT (Advance MS Office)
Highly Analytical
