SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy between the system and actual inventory record, leads in conducting inventory counts and reconciliation activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Plans and implements the weekly and monthly inventory count procedures that will ensure that desired levels of inventory records accuracy are achieved.
• Leads the inventory team in reconciliation activities to ensure that targeted levels are achieved.
• Ensures that all encoded warehouse transactions are in compliance to existing system processes and remain accurate for traceability purposes.
• Coordinates with the relevant warehouse and maintenance team members to ensure compliance to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensures the timely receipt and issuance of all raw materials as dictated by the production schedule.
• Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Work Experience:
• Graduate of any Business or Computer course.
• 1 to 2 years professional experience in Inventory Management, preferably in Warehouse or Logistic Environment.
• With industry exposure in Manufacturing and/or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Preferred Requirements:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation processes.
• Experience and familiarity in using Inventory Management Systems are highly preferred.

Work Arrangement:
• Amenable to report on-site daily.
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays.
• Open to employment opportunities in Paranaque City.
