Job Description

A. Job Summary

Conducting sourcing & interviews with job applicants. Monitoring of raffle items and distribution of giveaways to employees. Assist with L&D programs sending of confirmation emails, coordinating with employees re: details of the training, and all other training preparations.

B. Duties and Responsibilities

• Sourcing of candidates.
• Sourcing of venue for our engagement programs, as well as coordinating with the respective PIC’S
• Creatives (producing posters and decorations for our events)
• Monitoring of raffle items and distribution of giveaways to employees
• Assist with L&D programs (sending of confirmation emails, coordinating with employees: re: details of the training, and all other training preparations.
• Other admin tasks required with EE / L&D Team.

C. Qualifications

Education Required: College Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
Experience Required: 1 – 2 years’ work experience.
Salary:
18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
