Sales Engineer / Energy and Powerplant Sector / Onsite / Pasig

The Sales Engineer will develop market presence for the company's Industrial Services Businesses (Energy
and Power Plants) and will be responsible to originate new business and to manage key existing
strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
2. Identify and define customer needs to design high-value proposition solutions
3. Create engaging presentation materials and demonstration scenarios
4. Ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation by communicating business requirements to the project team
5. Contribute to pipeline and revenue growth through lead generation activities, workshops, tradeshows, and company events
6. Collaborate with business units in the Philippines/ASEAN and strategic partners on project negotiations and realizations
7. Build and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, and partners

Key Requirements:
▪ Possess a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or any relevant studies.
▪ At least 10 years of experience in Sales
▪ Have at least a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the following disciplines in Energy and Power Plants:
o Components, System and Plant Life Assessment and Certification
o Asset Integrity Management
o Failure Analysis
o Non-Destructive Testing
o Power Grid Sevices
▪ Established track records in leading both market planning and business development initiatives
▪ Has broad cross-cultural and market exposure with strong networks across the region
▪ Established track records in sales or business development initiatives
▪ Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills
▪ Willing to travel around the Philippines and ASEAN region

Compensation: Php 100,000 above for the base pay
