I. JOB SUMMARY
As a Pre-Sales Engineer in the LED and Large Format Display industry, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, identifying suitable products, and effectively communicating technical information to both clients and internal stakeholders, and oversee project implementation.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.  Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably within the LED or digital signage industry.
 Strong understanding of LFD and LED display technologies, including pixel pitch, resolution, brightness, and Dimensions.
 Familiarity with software platforms used for content management and display control (e.g., LED video processors, media players).
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
 Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

SPECIALIZATION/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Efficient in planning/scheduling/coordinating. Must be adept in presentation, reports, and technical writing. Must have good customer service and dedication to clients. Proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace. Knowledge in Content Management System is a plus.
