Sales Assistant

Primary Task
Responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with customers/clients and generate sales. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell products, taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.

Main Duties
Responsible for promoting, marketing, selling vaccines to existing and potential clients and to build relationships with clients.
The duties and responsibilities for a Sales Executive are:
- Meet sales quota.
- Introduce and promote products and services to potential clients.
- Provide up-to-date information and price list to clients.
- Develop new accounts/clients.
- Identifies client needs and requirements.
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with all clients.
- Coordinates and provides accurate information of all sales orders and delivery.
- Monitor sales delivery of all clients.
- Assist Accounting Division in unsettled/unpaid accounts of clients.
- Fieldwork to NCR areas

Additional Duties
- Handles accounts inquiries and complaints.
- Prepares and submits required reports.
- Performs other related functions assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Education and Experience
- At least College Level
- Should have at least 2 years work experience in Sales and fieldwork

Skills
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
- Physical endurance, as Sales Executives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations.
