Sales Officer (Makati Office)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
Ø Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Ø Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
Ø Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
2. Sales and Promotion:
Ø Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
Ø Recommend additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Ø Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.
3. Checkout and Transactions:
Ø Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
Ø Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
Ø Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.
4. Team Collaboration:
Ø Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.
Ø Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
Qualifications:
Ø College graduate in marketing/business administration/related field.
Ø Sales experience is a plus.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ø Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ø Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Salary Offer : P18,000

Work Schedule : 8:30am-5:30pm
