Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant at Remote Marketing Digital Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by performing a range of clerical, sales, and administrative tasks. You will help enhance productivity and ensure smooth day-to-day operations by efficiently handling tasks such as data entry, email management, customer service, sales support, and more. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management for clients.
Provide sales support by preparing sales materials, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders.
Conduct research and compile reports as needed by clients.
Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client needs promptly and professionally.
Coordinate virtual meetings and conference calls.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack).
Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and invoicing procedures.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software and technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
