Job Description
* With 5 years and up experience in Mainframe development (JCL, Cobol, VSAM)
* With experience in Leading a team of Mainframe Developers
* Amenable to work in Makati
* Dayshift schedule
* Temporary work from home but open to work onsite if advised
* Can start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage technical team to ensure deliverables are completed.
o Prepare technical specifications
o Ensure quality turnover of components to various environments
o Manage the setup of test environment
o Support SIT, UAT and PROD Implementation activities
o Prepare, review and monitor the technical testing execution in SIT and UAT
o Ensure compliance of managed project to bank and industry standards
o Prepare access rights matrix, risk assessment, and other technical documents
o Ensure that all components adhere to bank standards
• Provide subject matter expertise that may be needed by various IT and business units.
• Address technical questions of vendors and the team.
• Assist in problem isolation and resolution when necessary. Escalate issue to proper teams in-case the problem cannot be resolved.
• Analyze the technical requirements of business users including performance, integration, and technical administration issues.
