Job Description
1. Project Initiation Stage

Job Summary: Leads the evaluation selection of a solution that would address the bank requirements in a particular project.

Major Responsibilities:

Coordination with IT, Business, vendors, and internal support groups (e.g. Information Security Office, Risk Management, Accounting, Compliance, Legal) on the following:

Facilitation of Request for information/request for proposal process

Facilitation of NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and other privacy and Legal-related documents

Vendor accreditation

Requirements definition (including impact of requirements on existing systems)

Release of RFP (request for proposal) to vendors

POC presentation

CLient reference calls

Gap analysis

Vendor/solution evaluation and selection

Business case preparation & computation of total project cost

Contract review and negotiation

Scope of Work

Contract Signing

Take the lead for the above activities, as needed

Management of schedules and resources (internal & external)

Risk and Issue identification and management

Regular reporting to management (e.g. project team, Project Steering, Committee, Program Management Office)

Compliance with the Portfolio and Project Management Division requirements.

KEY PERFORMANCE

Timely completion of vendor/solution selection

Compliance with the bank's TITPM standards set by the Project Management Division requirements.

2. Project Implementation Stage

Job Summary: Serves as overall PM managing and coordinating all project related activities and deliverables both on the business and IT (CBC PCCI (Chinabank Properties and Computer Center, Inc) and vendor) toward completion and successful implementation of assigned projects.

Major Responsibilties:

Cooirdinates with business on their requirements, testing, process updates and rollout activities.

Coordinates with vendors and responsible IT units to ensure the acceptability and timely availability of project deliverables

Coorinates with responsible IT Units (CBC PCCI (Chinabank Properties and Computer Center, Inc) and vendors to ensure the acceptability and timely availability of project deliverable on the technical solution.

Monitors status of IT Project deliverables by regularly meeting with the project team, tracking project deliverables, updating timelines an the risk and issue register.

Corrdinates with the project team and reviews project documents to ensure compliance with CBC PCCI's project management and systems development standards as well as audit requirements.

Keeps the internal stakeholders informed of the status of IT's project deliverables by regularly reporting on the progress, as well as the relevant risks and issues of the project.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Timely completion of project within scope, quality and budget

Compliance with the bank's ITPM Standards set by the CBC Portfolio and Project Management Division.

Compliance with the banks systems Development Lifecycle standards.

Compliance with the banks IT Audit requirements.

Non-Exemption/Must Have
