QA Test Analyst

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Assist on the preparation of detailed test plan based on the overall verification strategy
Working in a hybrid context, waterfall / Agile.
Contribute to sprints planning, ensure the QA activities are done within the sprint
Prepare test plans; define what is unit, integration and end-to-end tested
Prepare test cases and test scripts to be use during the testing phase of the project
perform software system test (e.g. sanity, functional, regression, integration etc.)
Manual (e.g. minimum 3 years’ experience )
Automated
perform API testing
Document results of test performed during the testing phase of the project
Prepare test reports and report status of the testing activities
Log and tracked defects using project defined defect tracking tools.
Education/ Experience
University degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
Minimum three years’’ experience in software quality assurance testing
In-depth understanding of software development and test methodologies and processes
Experience writing test plans, detailed test cases, and other formal test documentatio proficiency in English
Experience with test automation and automation scripting using ‘SmartBear-TestComplete or any other test automation tool
Experience with Swagger, Postman, Newman, Cucumber or equivalent tools
Experience with the Behavior Driven Development (8DD)
Good communication skills, can work effectively both as an individual and in conjunction with a team.
