Job Description

WORK SCOPE: Leads, manages, and monitors project implementation of all IT Projects. Collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders in identifying and recommending business solutions needed to improve operations and increase revenue generation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
-Leads the application technical design for products/platforms offered by the company
-Identifies and analyzes software and application development opportunities
-Oversees, coordinates, plans, and leads, IT software development projects in the company
-Meets and collaborates with project managers/stakeholders to discuss software projects
-Manages the internal or outsourced developers by assigning tasks such as coding, testing, and analytics
-Design, document, implement and coordinate IT software development projects
-Reviews code work for accuracy and functionality
-Regularly analyzes code segments to identify process improvements
-Provides QA testing for existing and ongoing system development by junior and/or outsourced developers
-Manages project timelines and tasks
-Provides Bi Weekly /Monthly updates and reports regarding project developments and other reports needed by Management
-Accomplishes the probationary and regular evaluation of all IT involved in the project and submits it to the HR
-Coaches and manages the productivity and perf ormance of the IT involved in the project
-Communicates all Management directives and department goals to team members
-Keep up with developments in area of expertise by reading and learning about new skills and trends

2. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: IT Head
Handles: Programmers, Business Systems Analysts
Closely coordinates with: All department heads, major clients

REQUIREMENTS:
1. EDUCATION: Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related
2. SKILLS:
-At least 7 years of work experience in the IT field with knowledge in Systems Analysis, and/or Programming
-With at least 5 years of project management experience implementing medium to large applications
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Cloud) is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of IT management experience
-Experience with using Agile methodologies
-Experience with consumer facing UI/UX development and facing external clients
-Fluent proficiency level in both English and Tagalog written and oral communication
-Experience in E-commerce systems built from the ground up or using platforms such as Shopify or OpenCart
-Ability to deep dive into technical issues and see the root cause of problems
-Willing to work with a lean team and take lead in select projects

WORK SCHEDULE:
Number or hours excluding lunch break: 8 hours (total of 9 hours with lunch break)
Shift Schedule: 8am 5pm
Work schedule: 5 day work week with weekends off
Work Setup: Hybrid (doing 2 days onsite per week)
Salary:
150.000,00 ₱ Monthly
